Responding (Default): Selecting this button will mark the Member
as "Responding" to the most recent Alert and is responding to the
default Location setup by the Department's Administrator.
Responding (Custom): Selecting this button will show the Member
a choice of Locations to respond to and also let them choose the Alert
to which they are responding (assuming that more than one active Alerts
exists).
Not Responding: Selecting this button will mark the Member as
"Not Responding" to the most recent Alert. If the Member changes their
mind then they can simply come back to this screen and select a
different response.
Reset Security Token: If you would like to change your security
token due to a stolen or compromised device (laptop, smartphone, etc.)
then select this button. You will be prompted for your email and
password. When you use FirstResponder on other devices which have the
old security token you will be prompted to login at which time the new
security token will be installed on that device.
New Login Process: If for any reason FirstResponder cannot match
the user to the security token on the device it will simply ask the
user to re-login at which time the current security token will be
reinstalled on the device. This should only be necessary once unless
the user deletes the security token (also known as "cookies").
